Where do you ship?
We ship to the US, Canada, Australia and Japan. We can’t ship to Central America, South America or The Middle East.
What's your shipping time?
Your doll will be delivered approximately 20-30 days after we receive the payment.
We need 7-21 days for production (depending on the doll’s brand and features) and one week for transportation.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is always free.
What shipping companies do you use?
We use FedEx, UPS and at times EMS to ship your order. Dolls up to 100cm (3’3 ft) are delivered in the USA through UPS (a few brands by EMS, please get in touch for more info) dolls above 3’3 ft through Fedex.
Can I pick up my package at Fedex nearest office?
Certainly. If your carrier is Fedex you can request delivery at your address as well as at the nearest Fedex location for pickup. Please leave a note in the ‘note field’ of your order if you wish to take advantage of this special shipping arrangement. You can also choose a specific Fedex office for pickup. Please visit http://www.fedex.com/locate/ for a full list of Fedex offices.
Important: the office you choose must be offering the ‘Hold express/ground package at location for pickup’ service.
Can I pick up my package at UPS nearest office?
If your doll is 3’3 ft or below she will be delivered through UPS (or EMS, please get in touch for more info). If delivery is through UPS you can request delivery at your address as well as at the nearest UPS Customer Center for pickup. Please leave a note in the ‘note field’ of your order if you wish to take advantage of this special shipping arrangement. You can also choose a specific UPS office for pickup. Important: the UPS location must be a UPS Customer Center (use the filters to list only this type of UPS location)
Can I schedule a delivery time?
Yes you can. With Fedex please sign up to Fedex Delivery Manager to schedule a delivery time, request a vacation hold or change delivery address. Fedex might charge you a small fee for this service. Please note that The Silver Doll cannot arrange a scheduled delivery on the customer’s behalf.
UPS has a similar service to that offered by Fedex. It’s called UPS MY Choice and you can sign up here: https://www.ups.com/us/en/services/tracking/mychoice.page

If you happen not be able to receive the package for an extended period of time (for example because you’re away on holiday) please let us know about this period when you place the order. We will make sure the item is delivered to you before or after your time of absence.
Can you deliver to a PO BOX?
Unfortunately our carriers don’t deliver to PO BOXes.
Is the package discreet?
Absolutely. Your doll will be delivered in a plain brown box. No markings indicate the content inside, the name of our company doesn’t appear either. Your doll will be labelled “mannequin” for custom clearance.
Can I track the shipping?
Sure. Once the doll is shipped we send you the package’s tracking number.
Is your packaging secure?
Definitely. Your doll is packaged in a reinforced, double-walled carton box meant to withstand the different hazards that come with shipping. Inside the box a combination of textile and plastic materials ensure cushioning and absence of movement. So far we never had any occurrence of damage during transportation.
