I have a good deal
I have a good deal of complaints. So I will start off with the positives: TSD customer service is fast and responsive. now with the negatives: first off, the 4 to 7 week delivery is BS. It took my doll nearly 3 months to arrive. So expect at least 3 months of wait time. Next. the doll itself. Don't get me wrong. the attention to detail is incredible. the pours on the skin, the veins under the skin, the face, the eyes. I was very impressed. However. I found the breasts to be very stiff. VERY DISSAPOINTING. I paid for the full upgraded breasts. and the demo videos, along with customer service assured me that the breasts would be quite realistic. I was expecting bouncy, juggley, squishy, fun. But, Nothing is further from the truth. I'm a breast man. and I was so, so disappointed with how they felt. I regretted my purchase the second I touched them. I've bought cheap stand alone breast toys that felt better then these. now my other issue. The removable insert for the vagina is very annoying to deal with. Even with the instructional video on how to install and use it. It kept moving around and getting smuched up in the doll. and really didnt make clean up any easier. in fact it probably made it harder. So. The only real reason I'm even giving it 2 stars. is because the doll really is highly detailed and is amazing to look at. But looking is only about 10% of the fun. right?

Thanks for your review Jordan. You ordered your doll on 2/12/2022 and received her on 4/14/2022 so your wait has been about two months, not three months. Sorry to hear you're not happy about the breast feel. We think that our presentation videos are quite accurate in showing the customer what they should expect in this respect. The removable insert requires a bit of practice, we're sure that you'll soon find it easier to use and clean. In general, give your doll a bit of time, give her a chance, make an effort and try to get to know her. She'll amaze you. And you need advice and tips, we're here

Initially, after I placed the order, it turns out the "in stock" doll was not in stock at the manufacturer (SE Doll) and a glitch prevented an accurate count. Roberto at TSD immediately refunded the order and reached out to me to offer me options. Issue was resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
My first doll, so I'm still getting used to the 82lbs (with head attached), but I'm getting there...definitely a learning curve with movement and getting into different positions. Also a learning curve with buying clothes that fit (not many RG have 20" waists, 33" bust and 35" hips!), but trial and error (returns) is the name of the game.
As far as the doll, during the resolution of the issue I asked Roberto to please make sure to ask SE Doll in China, that was sending me Tracy head separately from in-stock (US SE Doll facility) makes sure lower eyeliner was on head, as some versions of this head did not have it, and I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised with the makeup on her face...definitely a work of art.
