This video shows a pre-shipping factory test of a Sanhui 165cm sold by The Silver Doll. This doll enjoys soft implants in the stomach and butt areas (both paying add-ons). Breasts contain soft implants by default.
You can choose this doll with either the regular or more flexible skeleton (fee paying option). The pictures below show the difference in range of flexibility between the two skeletons (doll in blue bikini has regular skeleton, doll in red bikini has the more flexible). *Please note that the bodies 156cm, 158cm and 160cm have the more flexible skeleton as a default, so you won't see the option in the customization page.
