In which currency are your prices?

You can configure the currency displayed on the website using the Currency switcher in the left sidebar or in the user menu if you're on mobile.

How to order?

From the product page scroll down to 'Purchase options'. You always have at least two options: customize the gallery and customize everything. If the product is available in stock, it will appear here as well.

If you select 'customize the gallery' you order the doll exactly as seen in the pictures (with the exception of wig, clothing and accessories. A random nice outfit in stock at time of shipping will be included in the package).

If you select 'customize everything' you're building your doll from scratch.

Once the doll is in your cart you can go to checkout.

What payments method do you accept?

You can settle your order through credit card, debit card, pre-paid card, bank transfer. If you pay by credit card you‘ll be directed to the Paypal website. A Paypal account is not necessary to complete you credit card payment.

For US customers, Paypal credit can be an interesting option. No interests will be charged if you pay your doll in full in 6 months.  

How will my purchase show on my credit/debit card statement?

All transactions will read: TSDLTD. Nothing else.  

Can I pay on installments?

For made-to-order dolls, you may settle payment in up to three months. We’ll ship the doll once payment is completed. In order to take advantage of this arrangement please choose the payment option ‘bank transfer’ when placing your order. This doesn’t require any actual payment. Once your order is received we’ll send you a Paypal invoice that can be paid through multiple partial payments. If you plan for example to settle the invoice in three months, we will start processing your order a few weeks before your planned final payment, so as that when you finish paying the doll we’ll be ready to ship her. If you’re unable to complete your payment we will reimburse the amount paid minus a 10% cancellation fee.

Ready-to-ship dolls must be paid entirely in advance.  

What happens after I order?

  • Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation email.

  • As soon as  your payment is confirmed your order will enter the production process.

  • When your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

  • You will receive your doll 5-60 days after payment is confirmed, depending on brand, size, features of the doll and time of the year. For more accurate wait times please check dolls' product pages. Ready-to-ship dolls are normally delivered within 5 business days.

What's included in the purchase?

The doll, a wig that you choose in customization and a random outfit. Accessories, piercings, tattoos seen in galleries are never included. Manufacturers may include, depending on availability, care items such as a comb, a pair of slippers, or other items such as a hanging kit, a vagina warming rod etc. These items can't be requested as they can't be guaranteed.  

What about import duties?

Import duties, if applicable, are the customer's responsability. The Silver Doll cannot help towards payment of tax and import duties. *For US customers: we are currently shipping to the US with a pre-paid tax package, so customers have no tax or duties to pay.  

Can I see pictures of my doll before she's shipped?

Yes for made-to-order dolls. This free service, proudly offered by The Silver Doll differentiates us from knock-offs sellers, who are usually not willing to show the customer any pre-shipment photo. To receive pre-shipping pictures simply request them in the order notes, or send us an email. Ready-to-ship dolls are already packed so pre-shipping pictures aren't available.  

Can I cancel my order?

MADE-TO-ORDER dolls

Please note that all our dolls are highly customized, made-to-order products and therefore once your order begins to be manufactured it incurs heavy cancellation fees from the manufacturer. So if you need to cancel your order the following cancellation fees are applied:

  • 10% if you cancel within 24 hours from the time you placed your order (order still not being processed or manufactured)

  • 50% if you cancel after 24 hours (order already being processed / manufactured)

No cancellation is allowed after the doll is shipped.

READY-TO-SHIP dolls

Orders of dolls in stock are processed immediately and therefore cannot be canceled.  

What if I receive my doll damaged?

In the unlikely event that the doll arrive seriously defective we will replace it at no cost to the customer. This warranty only applies to dolls that have not been used. The customer must report the problem within 24 hours of receipt and send photos and/or videos providing evidence of the issue (photos of the damage, photos of the whole doll and of the packaging with the shipping label clearly visible) In the unlikely event that the doll arrive with a minor or simply cosmetic defect, we will provide repair materials free of charge, and/or a partial refund, the amount of which will depend on the defect. Please note that 'flightcase' packaging is excluded from the warranty. If the hard case arrives with scratches or dents, as long as it can be used for its storage purpose, doesn't entitle to any compensation.  

Can I return the doll because I don't like her?

Sorry, due to the nature of the products sold, returns or refunds cannot be accepted. All sales are final.
